These sessions have a track and jumping focus, but we can provide coaching, guidance and equipment for other events such as discus or shotput, depending on an athlete’s needs and interests. We just need to know you are coming, so if you are keen, please email us with an expression of interest or come and speak to us at Club Night.

These sessions are free for athletes aged 7 to 14 who are registered with the club and competing in interclub events.
