Whether joining for fitness or fun, or looking to compete at local and national competitions, we cater for all athletes from four years and up. We focus on development - learning, effort, and improvement, which includes keeping track of PBs (personal bests) so that each season, participants are seeking their own improvement and not worrying about what others are doing.

The Track & Field season runs from October to the end of March with prize-giving in early April. Club nights offer a mixture of competition and coaching activities that help children gain the skills to participate in a variety of running, jumping and throwing events. For college-aged athletes - Seniors, instead of club nights, you can join our squad and train as a group on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
